  In nature, SAR is an unranked node-based supergroup (clade) of eukaryotes and a subset of Diaphoretickes, within the Eukaryota superkingdom.
  The name of the SAR supergroup is derived from the acronym of the three groups united in this clade "Stramenopiles, Alveolata, and Rhizaria".

  In nature, Stramenopiles, a common non-taxonomic name for a group of organisms that are mostly algae including Bacillariophyta (diatoms), Oomycetes, Phaeophyceae, and Chrysophyceae, all containing chloroplasts, thought to have been derived from the endosymbiosis of ancient red algae.
  In nature, Algae are a diverse group of simple, plant-like organisms which produce energy through photosynthesis, so are typically included in the kingdom plantae (plants).

Each of the different algal groups includes various microscopic and single-celled organisms. Algae includes the multicellular algae seaweed, as well as chlorella, the microalgae (microphytes) like Blue-Green Algae and spirulina and more.
